Return Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Underwear, socks, shapewear, lingerie, or other intimate items for hygienic reasons.

Return Timeframe:
All return requests must be submitted within 60 days of receiving your order. A return fee may apply, which can be paid during the return process. If this option is unavailable, a voucher will be issued, and the return cost deducted from your refund.
Please allow 7–10 business days after receipt for your return to be processed.

Maison Fafa does not cover return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for shipping fees associated with returning items.

All returned orders must include a return label with your shipment. Returns without a return label may not be approved for a refund.
